What I mean is, they WANT to start a racial war, but not with Hispanics. In most cities Hispanics and black are enemies. They might try to push this, but the war will be Hispanics and Blacks, not Blacks and Whites.

Liberals have been pushing the ideology of black racism and brown racism with the object of hate targeting whites and the remedy solution being socialism/communism. They are planning and hoping that hate will unite blacks and browns against whites in this country and against the “white” constitutional republic.
Racial hate and tribalism don't work that way. It hates anyone not like itself. As they launch black racism into violence, if it is in the cities as it was in the past, it will attack and burn out, mostly brown, and yellow.
From what I have read from Leftists, they (and Obama and Holder) have to go into Muslim terrorist mode to effectively attack places that are majority white outside the cities; schools, malls, restaurants, etc. They will try to use leftist white psychopaths (plenty of them at Soros’ occupy camps) who are chomping at the bit to kill middle and upper class Americans in a dreamy French revolution remake. This is probably why the NYPD has been infiltrating the Left and why Holder is so angry about it.
This terror will give Obama the support and the excuse he needs for suspending the constitution and “fundamentally changing” America.
