With a single punch, Trayvon Martin decked the Neighborhood Watch volunteer who eventually shot and killed the unarmed 17-year-old, then Trayvon climbed on top of George Zimmerman and slammed his head into the sidewalk several times, leaving him bloody and battered, authorities have revealed to the Orlando Sentinel.
That is the account Zimmerman gave police, and much of it has been corroborated by witnesses, authorities say.
Zimmerman has not spoken publicly about what happened, but that night, Feb. 26, and in later meetings he described and re-enacted for police what he says happened.
In his version of events, he had turned around and was walking back to his SUV when Trayvon approached him from behind, the two exchanged words then Trayvon punched him in the nose, sending him to the ground, and began beating him.

Stalking is not constituted by the mere act of following someone.
Multiple incidents are required, and so are multiple threats.
If they described it as an “empty marijuana baggie,” and he was suspended from school for 5 days, I assume that it was pretty freaking clear that the baggie had very recently been emptied of marijuana, but that it still smelled like marijuana (or had marijuana residue, or what have you).
Trayvon was visiting his father's fiancée, who lived there. He had been suspended from school in Miami after being found with an empty marijuana baggie. Miami schools have a zero-tolerance policy for drug possession.

Maybe. Investigation is ongoing. They didn't charge him after he was detained. There's probably other stuff we don't know about yet.
SPD/DA's either didn't have probable cause to arrest or didn't think they could get a conviction beyond reasonable doubt. There's a grand jury hearing coming out. Things may or may not happen there. We don't know.

This is Crime Stoppers policy and HOA policy. The law violated was Stand Your Ground not Move That Ground.
Liberals have been pushing the ideology of black racism and brown racism with the object of hate targeting whites and the remedy solution being socialism/communism. They are planning and hoping that hate will unite blacks and browns against whites in this country and against the “white” constitutional republic.
Racial hate and tribalism don't work that way. It hates anyone not like itself. As they launch black racism into violence, if it is in the cities as it was in the past, it will attack and burn out, mostly brown, and yellow.
From what I have read from Leftists, they (and Obama and Holder) have to go into Muslim terrorist mode to effectively attack places that are majority white outside the cities; schools, malls, restaurants, etc. They will try to use leftist white psychopaths (plenty of them at Soros’ occupy camps) who are chomping at the bit to kill middle and upper class Americans in a dreamy French revolution remake. This is probably why the NYPD has been infiltrating the Left and why Holder is so angry about it.

When a guest of one of the unit owners in my condo association permitted his dogs to run free in the common area without leashes, I wrote a very specific email to the unit owner spelling out the transgression.
She didn't appreciate the very businesslike tone of my message, but she understood that the situation would be treated identically to her having unleashed the dogs herself. She took care of the problem.
Homeowner's associations have incredible power to enforce the contractual agreements between the unit owners, up to and including the levying of fines and the eventual foreclosure and sale of units in order to satisfy the fines. This is what buyers are agreeing to when they buy such properties and typically the majority of buyers are content with the constraints.
