The Justice Department may bring a hate crime charge against the man who shot and killed black teenager Trayvon Martin if more evidence surfaces indicating the shooter action's were motivated by racial bias, legal experts and former prosecutors say...
"It sounds pretty obvious to me," said Donald Tibbs, a Drexel University law professor who has closely studied race, civil rights and criminal procedure. "If that was a racial epithet that preceded the attack on Trayvon Martin, we definitely have a hate crime."

They don’t even know if race had anything to do with it. They’re fueling a race war, that’s all.

But it doesn’t to a lot of other people. Back in the mid 1980’s, I was having a super special diner out at a Benihana restaurant. It was roughly a 45 minute drive into a major city. It was a big night on the town. So, we’re sitting at a tepanaki table with a black cardiologist from the Cleveland Clinic, and my brother-in-law just happened to be a very highly respected cardiologist in the area. My husband and I were having a wonderful dinner and conversation at the table. A black waiter leaned in and whispered in my ear, “I heard you call me a nigger. I’m going to get you.” I was absolutely devastated and wanted to leave immediately. There was no way to defend myself from the accusation. He might as well as physically beaten me up. That word has never been part of my vocabulary. I guess if you want to hear something, you will. Is this a good point to segue into “Paul is dead?”

Not one of these "people" were charged with a "hate crime".

It’s already ignited. Just that nobody has counted the dead for what they are, yet.
These people are now becoming desperate, deadly desperate, the meme, the story is starting to fall apart in many ways and the only way out for them is to constantly Rev up their rhetoric. And tell me what will happen if the succeed and Mr. Zimmerman is “lynched” figuratively or literally?
I believe that somehow it will become the Republicans or the Conservatives fault, because “feelings” always overcome reason and “common Sense”. And of course the other possibility I see is a “race war” but where will that end up? Between the blacks and hispanics or will it be black and white?
Does it matter even to the “powers that be” in the long/short run? My take on that is ‘NO’. All that matters is that there be disruption of any sort to take away attention for what really ails this country. And that is the Corrupted Politicians and their hangers-on and their enablers/backers that profit from it.

There was only one Benihanna restaurant in Cleveland at the time, but I wasn’t driving. Chagrin Blvd. would have certainly been close to University Circle to run into a doctor from the Cleveland Clinic. I do know that as an RN working at University Hospitals at the time it wasn’t very far away.
Wouldn’t that be Pussy Ass Tortilla?
