Our neighborhood was victimized by a rash of burglaries several years ago. The neighbors got together and now seldom does a stranger walk through the area without one of the residents chatting with them or getting their tag number. If that stranger would be overly aggressive, then too bad for them. By the way, it takes about an hour for a police response in our area. We haven’t had any more crimes committed in about three years. Coincidence?
