Listen for yourself. It is NOT “what my mind wants me to hear.” I hate language like that on the tape. I was already fully on Zimmerman’s side. But this is what it is. it may not have any actual bearing but it sure inflames things from a racial point of view. Zimmerman is racist. Period. He didn’t say goon. If you can come up with some other word he said with a K sound at the front, maybe, but there is a firm K sound.
I’m sure he shot him in self defense. The injuries and witness prove this.
But he’s a racist. No one else would talk like that.

Did you know that he apparently mentored black youths, and helped raise money for a black church? And that some of his own family members are black? Why do you think black friends and neighbors have come forth to defend that he is not racist?
