Trayvon Martin's ten day suspension
Charleston Conservative Examiner ^ | March 25, 2012 | Kyle Rogers

Posted on 03/25/2012 9:35:41 PM PDT by Kazan

A twitter message, allegedly sent by Trayvon's older brother, suggests Trayvon was suspended for assaulting a bus driver.

Trayvon Martin was on a suspension from school when he was tragically shot last February 26th. His school, Dr. Micheal M. Krop Senoir High School, has not given any details. His family has also evaded the issue. According to the Kansas City Star, the length of the suspension was ten days. This suggests a very serious offense.

The politicizing of this unfortunate event is all for show because Obama and the Demo-party need villain(s) to energize their lackadaisical base to get to the voter polls this November. That’s the bottom line.

You're one of the few who've got it just right!

Gentlemen, we're on the evening of the creation of a National Martyr in the cause of removing personal portable firearms from the possession of the average citizen. It will be at the urgent non-negotiable determination of the current senior magistrate to align the black, feminine, and "gay" liberalists in his favor, by implementing an Executive Order to meet their commonly held demands.

The Poster Boy will be Trayvon Martin, and he will succeed where the discovery of the "Fast and Furious" strategy failed. The potentially legally correct but politically incorrect victim will be nominated as the perpetrator, regardless of the judicial body of facts.

The firearms in the hands of persons prohibited in cities of the North will be ignored, as will the deaths of Mexican citizens due to misplaced military arms channeled to drug cartels by federally arranged exchanges.

There are not many that will be prepared.

Q. E. D.

`Stand your ground’ is more like the Castle doctrine. It looks like Zimmerman is taking the position that he was attacked and defended himself, period; in other words, he is apparently sticking to what he told the police and they released him.
The prosecutor didn’t think the matter merited a grand jury.
All this `second guessing’ by lefties is just crazy talk, changing the subjects, designed to take the heat off The Won and gas prices, running guns to Mexico, our imploding economy, his wife’s outrageous, constant vacations, etc. etc. etc.

When you pull a race card, either back it up or STFU.

Yeah, you don’t get 10 days for being tardy. You are absolutely right. Trayvon got 10 days because he was heading down the wrong path. He was feeling tough and attacked Mr. Zimmerman from behind. That is how tough young thugs fight these days. Knock the victim down with the first punch and then kick the snot out of them. I have even seen some of this myself.

It turns out that Trayvon wasn’t able to wack the back of Mr. Zimmerman’s head hard enough to knock him completely senseless. A lot of us older fatter shorter guys have got pretty hard heads and more of us than ever are carrying guns. We also feel that if someone is kicking the snot out of that they might nor care if they permanently injure us or kill us. Scratch one up and coming young tough.

It’s easy to back it up, just read all the threads on the subject, where Martin’s race thrown in as a relevant point, just because of his race and no other factor.

Your turn.

It ain’t gonna last, like the case of the Oakland BART station belligerent “victim”, whatever his name, didn’t last. The voters are stupid, but not that stupid. The old alignments will rule, no significant change.

"but don’t believe most of us would have done any differently under the circumstances. If it had been many of the Freepers being followed, Zimmerman might have eaten a bullet, due to his stupidity."

WHAT??? wouldn't have done any differently? OH, YEAH, right....how OLD are YOU?

If Trayvon Martin was suspended for a violent act, it would alter the public's perception of the events surrounding his death.

No it wouldn't. Martin, who would look like o'bammy's son if he had one, was *honored* by @500 people in Phoenix today, wearing hoodies in the heat of the day! Does ANYONE think they'll change their minds if they found this out?

I haven’t bought into any of that, so don’t worry.

Nothing here has been shown to be relevant outside the facts that leads me to change my mind.

Something that would change my mind would be something along the lines where Zimmerman did explain his intents and Martin still gave him a beat down. That would be a relevancy that would be important to me and would cause me to change my mind.

Outside of that and it’s still a case of a youth being followed by a man, who gave no indication of his intents, leading the youth to think his life may have been in danger and reacting to that possibility.

That’s how I see it and it probably won’t change.

Taken directly from Trayvon Martin’s high school website. This is an interesting read, especially when you get to the section that deals with bad behavior and the punishment for such behavior. http://74.53.27.98/~mkhscom/Information%20Files/Code%20of%20Student%20Conduct/Code%20of%20Student%20Conduct.pdf

It appears that to warrant a 10 day suspension, the behavior has to be pretty bad.

Gentlemen, we're on the evening of the creation of a National Martyr

I think this thing is going to blow up in the commies' faces.

The mobs will keep lionizing Trayvon while the facts will keep defending Mr. Zimmerman.

I’m in agreement that Martin should not have done it, but don’t believe most of us would have done any differently under the circumstances. If it had been many of the Freepers being followed, Zimmerman might have eaten a bullet, due to his stupidity.

Here is where I think you are wrong.

If I am being followed at night, my first thought is robbery, and my attention focuses on escape. Even when I am armed, I want to avoid any confrontation and just escape from the follower. Even when I was in my teens this was my thinking.

Trayvon was less the 100 yards from his house, and had lost his follower in the darkness. In any event, he knew he could outrun any tubby short guy.

So does Trayvon run home and elude his pursuer? No, in fact from the timeline I have seen, where Zimmerman lost him for 5 minutes while he was less than 100 yards from his house, it appears that he circled back and lay in wait for Zimmerman to return to his car.

My money is on the scenario that Zimmerman had committed no crime right up until the moment that Trayvon hit him with a punch. Zimmerman went down and Trayvon started beating him while he was on the ground.

When and if we ever see the autopsy results they will show that Trayvon had Zimmerman's blood on his hands from punching him, that his hands show bruises consistent with hitting another man, and that there are powder burns on one hand, maybe both, resulting from fighting for control of the pistol right before he got shot.

At no time did Zimmerman commit a crime, but Trayvon assaulted him, Zimmerman defended himself, and Trayvon got shot while committing a crime.

It’s all too late, they have their martyr now, and Zimmerman will be sacrificed. This is the game perfected by Arafat, and the sheeple won’t know they have been used as tools, even as they bury their dead as a result.

If he walked or drove a car and wasn’t on a list as riding a bus, then the bus would be an unauthorized area. If its true that he took a swing at a bus driver, the school might have been worded it that way in a suspension.

If I were being followed by someone and they did not retreat, I would duck out and not confront them. If I were being followed by someone and they did retreat, I would duck out and not confront them. If the man were getting into his vehicle and I could get his license plate, I would write it down. If not, I would just hide until he left. If I could not avoid a confrontation, I would be prepared to defend myself in whatever way I could. From all I have read, Zimmerman went to his vehicle and got attacked.

Didn’t he attack/take a swing at a bus driver? That would be it then.
