You are being beaten to a pulp, you have a gun, you think you’re life is in danger, now in our state of FL we can shoot but maybe in your state you cannot but wouldn’t you like to protect yourself and shoot that person?
I am not question the scenario you are describing or its legality (who knows what it is in my crazy state), though I do question lots of other things in this case, among them a naive question of how do you coolly reach for a gun, aim and fire when you are being beaten to a pulp? Was then a struggle for the gun perhaps?
