ORLANDO - A witness we haven't heard from before paints a much different picture than we've seen so far of what happened the night 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.
The night of that shooting, police say there was a witness who saw it all.
Our sister station, FOX 35 in Orlando, has spoken to that witness.
What Sanford Police investigators have in the folder, they put together on the killing of Trayvon Martin few know about.
The file now sits in the hands of the state attorney. Now that file is just weeks away from being opened to a grand jury.
It shows more now about why police believed that night that George Zimmerman shouldn't have gone to jail.

Just like the Duke “rape” case and Tawana Baloney stories, this just comes close enough to the template that they can’t ignore it.

Just wonder when the African -American community will wise up and go after the real criminals that are destroying their community.Very understandable that a community would be outraged by a death like this, but it is obvious that Obama, Sharpton, and Jackson are using it as a time tested surefire way to rally the base. Someday the minority communities will call for justice against the liberal hypocrites who are crippling their populations.The liberal hypocrites force minority populations into failing urban school systems. This keeps them uneducated and easy to manipulate. Meanwhile the liberals themselves never use those schools and “choose” private schools. They promote abortion especially in minority communities. Jackson once complained but was bought off and now serves as adocile frontman for the liberals. Someday these monumental crimes against the people will have their reckoning. The liberal hypocrites are the enemies of the people and will be held accountable.
This witness still doesn’t say who attacked whom. Trayvon was being stalked by a guy with a gun. There is a scuffle, and Trayvon is killed. What did Trayvon do wrong?
Now the usual race pimp suspects have weighed in and created a national uproar. Who are the usual race pimp suspects? Jessee Jackson, Al Sharpton, and Barak Obama. Obama is inserting himself into this because he needs to wrap up the 95% of blacks who vote because od skin color.
What is overlooked in this incident is the kid’s mindset at the time of the incident. It’s entirely possible he believed he was being attacked, and defended himself. The bottom line is if Zimmerman had backed off when the dispatcher told him to we wouldn’t be getting treated to a whole new round of Sharpton type nonsense. No matter how I look at this I can only blame Zimmerman for his poor judgement, in the end. And we’re all going to pay the price for that.

You’re right, they have their story and the’re sticking to it. For them It’s an opportunity, as the story unfolds the sharptons and jacksons and the “other” opportunist will scream, it’s lies and conspiracy, and racism. All the while ignoring other horrendous events that necessitate the need for neighborhood watches.
Pretty sure you can conclude that 1) Zimmerman was approached by the black youth who then backed up. 2) Zimmerman then approached the black youth in a reaction of “don’t try to intimidate me” 3) Zimmerman was returning to his vehicle. 4) Trayvan, thinking he was in control of events, then attacked Zimmerman.
I don’t know how you can come to any other conclusion unless your mind is refusing to believe Zimmerman just possibly COULD be the victim here.
Following your thought process, we better take down EVERY “NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH” warning sign in America because it would be obvious anyone doing that watch service for their community would be “invading the ground” of someone out to burglarize or worse the community.
Too much vested in it from the left. It may turn out to be a non story but the media and the race baiters will go to any length to keep it alive. This includes obumbler.

But there is other evidence that Zimmerman had lost sight of Trayvon, and was returning to his truck. Given that evidence, it seems unlikely that Zimmerman is the one that chose to close distance between himself and Trayvon, just before the fight started.

A full week of one or two news outlets hinting that they had been hearing about a witness. Now we have something substantial to post here and your reaction is to criticize me?
That said, I can easily put myself into the shoes of either man and see myself doing the same things and reacting the same way as both men did...up to a point.
The fatal mistake was Trayvon continuing to beat on Zimmerman when he had him on the ground. Listen to the 911 call and how long you can hear Zimmerman screaming for help.
Had Trayvon stopped beating on him, he was on top and seemed to be in control, and asked him something like "WTF are you following me for?!?" and listened to the explanation, things might have ended right there. Especially since the cops were on the way.
Unfortunately, Trayvon doesn't stop. My guess is Zimmerman was scared to begin with and now all his worst fears have come true about the stranger in his neighborhood who is now beating the crap out of him and George Zimmerman believes he is about to die.
At that point, do you let yourself be beaten to death or do you use your conceal carry permit?
No one is letting this opportunity to stir up race tension go to waste. The normally decent local radio host got in on it and decided to share that he had a cop call him and say they should have arrested Zimmerman for First Degree Murder. First degree??? A cop said that??
Most of the folks who get the most exercised about it usually reveal they didn't know that Zimmerman had started pursuing/following Martin some time before that ~ driving his pickup truck behind him!
Legally the "contact" began long before the fight scene, and that is arguably a logical outcome in a long chain of events.
Between Occupy’s talk of violent revolution, and media fueled race tensions, its going to be a troublesome time in America.
If he started the scuffle, then what he did wrong was start the scuffle. He started a scuffle with a person who he knew had a gun, he's nuts. The evidence points, to me, to Trayvon assuming Zimmerman was unarmed.
