George Zimmerman is definitely guilty of starting the confrontation and could be guilty of some serious crime. All of your crying that this is a race problem or it isn’t a race problem are just fantasizing. This is a crime, and race is irrelevant. I don’t care if the major media and the usual suspects are cryiong about racism either. This guy is just simply a criminal, and the police didn’t want to get their hands dirty over this one.

We have as much information as many jury will have, and we can make a decision in this case in the court of public opinion.

Ask yourself, if you were George Zimmerman, would you be hanging around at home? I’d be getting out of Dodge. And he has no one to blame but himself because he started the confrontation.

Actually, we don't know who started the confrontation. We know that Zimmerman was following Martin, but what happened between that and the time the witness saw Martin on top of Zimmerman is unclear. Perhaps Zimmerman asked Martin what he was doing there, or perhaps Martin commited an unprovoked attack on Zimmerman. There's too much empty time in there for me to say what happened without more evidence.
