The military officers are not duty bound to interpret or enforce the law. They serve as en extension of the powers of the Executive Branch. Law violations are the purview of the numerous law enforcement agencies.

All officers ( and that especially includes our highest military officers) are duty bound before **God**, to defend the Constitution. It takes independent thinking and loyalty to the Constitution and one’s oath to do that.
My comments were directed at our nation's very highest military officers, a tiny handful of people.
Questions:
When did ignoring forgery, usurpation of the military position of Commander in Chief, and identity theft become part of the oath to defend the Constitution and the military code of honor?
Where is the evidence that our very highest military officers requested certifiable clarification of Obama’s identity, and natural born status?
Is this how they watch the backs of the brave, honorable, and highly trained men and women serving under them?
Is ignoring their oath to defend the Constitution and military code of honor now the standard at our nation's military academies?
Have any of these perfumed peacocks held a press conference, explained that he can not serve under a man whose legitimacy is in question, and then resigned?
Why doesn't God strike these men with lightning when they return the salutes of the good and brave military people serving under them or face the families of those whose sons, daughters, husbands, and wives come home in caskets?

Failure to register with the Selective Service disqualifies you from holding a job in the Executive Branch of the Federal government.
