Susana Martinez.

It allows Romney to play to his strengths and win western States (NM, CO, NV, and possibly either WA or OR), Florida, and other states where Hispanics could make a difference. It also will help to smooth out the whole woman issue. And, finally and most important, Martinez is a moderate who will do as told by the GOP-E. The rest of the candidates are seen in many corners as loose cannons, little Sarah Palins likely to “go rogue”.

The idea that you’ll get any Hispanics to vote against Obama who didn’t do so in 2008 is ludicrous. That is a rock solid constituency for Obama.

Susana Martinez. This is my best guess as well. I followed her race closely and am quite impressed with her. I found it disgusting that the MSM gushed over the "wise Latina" Sotemeyor but neglected to even casually recognize the nation's first female Governor of Hispanic origin.
