CBS/AP) SANFORD, Fla. - The authors of Florida's controversial "stand your ground" self-defense law say George Zimmerman should probably be arrested for shooting Trayvon Martin, reports the Miami Herald.

"He has no protection under my law," former Sen. Durell Peaden told the newspaper.
Florida's law, called "stand your ground" by supporters and "shoot first" by critics, was passed in 2005 and permits residents to use deadly force if they "reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to prevent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony."

He’s already been identified as such. They said his name, ( 1st name Muhammed)and a french citizen orginally from Algeria.
The unAmerican enemedia here got caught, once again, with its hand in the whitewash jar, then had no choice but to cringe and report it, their traitorous proclivities screaming all the while.

What could possibly be considered unreasonalbe about this law? The lack of such a statute essentially gives violent felons the right to rob, rape, assault and kill innocent people, who are not allowed to fight back. It makes the criminal the victim and the victim the criminal.
If Zimmerman actually chased down and assaulted and shot Martin without provocation, he would NOT be protected by stand your ground.
On the other hand, if the sweet, innocent, young baby (who was 6’3” tall and was serving a 10 day suspension from school at the time) attacked Zimmerman, and as Zimmerman claimed, caused the bloody nose and wound on Zimmerman’s neck, and while threatening to kill Zimmerman, went for Zimmerman’s gun, “stand your ground” would and SHOULD protect Zimmerman.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with the law. The only question is “What actually happened?” If Zimmerman acted unreasonably he will not be protected by stand your ground.

Well, it’s happening in France, the French are doing the investigation, so it makes sense that they would be the first to identitfy him.
I don’t know, I don’t know anything about Zimmerman other than the photo that is being constantly shown on TV, and it looks like a mug shot, but I don’t know if it’s a mug shot.
All I do know is that the media is trying DAMN HARD to make me believe an innocent boy was shot, and the FL. law is willingly let a murderer walk free, which quite frankly I find very hard to believe.
Oh, and I do know one other thing...the media is a bunch of agendized propagandist liars.
Eventually, Martin the 6'3 140lb football player (tall, fast, and lean) got the upperhand on the 5'2 250lb (short, slow, and overweight) Zimmerman. So much so that he is actually on top of Zimmerman on the ground beating the crap out of his face (he broke his nose) and slammed Zimmerman's head into the concrete causing it to bleed.
Zimmerman cries for help, as a result of this fight domination by Martin, went unanswered and as a last resort he shot Martin to save his own life. If you have never had someone on top of you beating your face and banging your head into concrete then you don't know how deadly that can be.
Yeah, the media is not pointing out that the 5'2" Zimmerman was getting the snot beat out of his face when he shot the 6'3" "innocent boy". This is clearly self-defense!
Now that is news.
It is news that is being broadcast in any way shape or form that I have seen, and I watch and read news all day every day.
It seems very obvious to me that there is a clear reason why Zimmerman was not arrested, and I believe that people better not allow themselves to be manipulated so easily.
Just because a person is unarmed does not me he cannot kill with his hands.

Durell knows as much about this case as anyone else. He would be wise to shut up until the facts are known.

From other accounts I read, the 5’2” Zimmerman when interviewed by police, had grass stains on his back, the back of his head was bloodied, and his face showed trauma of a beating. This helps corroborate his version of the story, and is probably why police did not arrest him. Additionally, screams that witnesses heard, were coming from Zimmerman as he was beaten screaming for help that did not come.
