“Bush, the brother of former President George W. Bush, is a much-respected voice in the party...”

Why is it I don’t feel like a Republican anymore?

“Why is it I don’t feel like a Republican anymore?”

“I didn’t leave the Democratic Party. The party left me.”
Ronald Reagan, 1962.

I've had the feeling for years. Why won't the GOP-e adopt Reaganism? Reagan proved its a winning strategy. Even Clinton partially adopted it.

I think the permanent ruling class wants to keep the average American struggling and heavily in debt.

I consider it the curse of coming to the place where your eyes are wide open, while those around you continue to lurch around in the political darkness.

Truth be told, the Republican party never represented our views. It's only now that we have come to a point where we see what it has been up to for decades.

We've got two parties that are craven Leftists. Even the best of players on our side have serious flaws.

We need someone who can reach out across party lines (and yes I know what folks will think when they see that lead...) in a healthy manner, and reconcile the chasm between us. Where is Ronald Reagan when we desperately need him again?

Given a Republican Congress, you wonder how much more the man could have accomplished.

His ONE World Gov’t daddy Bush hijacked the Republican party and aligned themselves with the rats/socialism. That’s why the conservative era is dead to them. In ideology they are ONE party, for votes they are two.

We never had a conservative president or a conservative push after he was VP to the greatest president. They despise conservatives, they trash them but will claim when ‘IT” suits their purpose to deceive - for votes.
