Saying we should refrain from calling someone a murderer before there is a trial (or even charges) is not the same as exonerating an accused.
I think a grand jury better be empaneled on this matter but I still wouldn't call Zimmerman a "murderer" yet.

I think a grand jury better be empaneled on this matter but I still wouldn't call Zimmerman a "murderer" yet.I agree! Judge Napolitano, on Foxnews, has already convicted him, also.
That said, the audio of the phone call clearly shows the dispatcher told Zimmerman to back off.
