Remember that Obama is a Chicago machine pol. No matter how much money he collects, he probably will not get reelected (and I think that by the end of summer he will know it)
Given that he will manipulate the money around in such a way that him and his friends will end up with it in their personal checking accounts. Because after all, He is the first BLACK President and he knows that if anybody went after him over it, the news media would beat them to death.

He IS NOT raising enough to run an all out campaign, but the media will bathe him with free media coverage - the equivalent of millions in paid media. Nevertheless, in the end he could go door to door handing out money and he will still lose.

What the story fails to mention is that Brak is burning through cash at an astonishing rate - at least $64 million since he “officially” kicked off his campaign nearly a year ago. What did it buy him? Stagnant polls.
