“Show me where the constitution permits the states to fund abortion.”

Who said anything about funding? Nice try at a diversion. A state deciding whether or not abortion is legal is not funding it.

I’ll simplify it so you don’t have to think too hard. States should be able to decide for themselves whether or not abortion should be legal within the confines of that state. The people of a state should have that ability to decide. That, simply put, is a state’s right.

“Who said anything about funding?”

So you concede then that the state has no constitutional right to provide abortion funding to any entity that operates in the state. Yes or no?

“A state deciding whether or not abortion is legal is not funding it.”

Do you know of any state that at present permits abortion that does not also fund abortion in some way, shape or form?

“States should be able to decide for themselves whether or not abortion should be legal within the confines of that state.”

Then you should have no problem finding the relevant portion of the constitution which says just this.
