They already ask for your SS#, work history, educational history, past address records, arrest recrods, award/commendation history, driving record (when applicable); some give apptitude and personality tests, and don't forget drug testing.
If that's not enough, screw them and their job.

If that's not enough, screw them and their job. I agree.. there is NOTHING on my FB page that would disqualify me in any way from a job. But, it's private information. I don't "friend" any I work with now... and, would never consider giving a prospective employer access.
If the day ever comes when that's required... goodbye to FB for me.
