Veteran agent: Feinstein did not act on ATF abuse, corruption evidence(gunwalker)
Gun Rights Examiner ^ | 15 March, 2012 | David Codrea

Posted on 03/16/2012 4:32:22 AM PDT by marktwain

Senator Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., was informed of management corruption and abuse issues at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) before allegations of “gunwalking” surfaced, but opted to do nothing about it. That allegation comes from veteran Special Agent Vince Cefalu, who recently informed Gun Rights Examiner of his efforts to persuade the powerful Democrat to investigate documented instances of gross mismanagement and perjury.

Cefalu is the veteran street agent who was served termination papers last June for his efforts to bring management wrongdoing to light, a move perceived by other whistleblowers and observers as not just retaliation, but direct defiance of Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and concerns he articulated as Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

“When they showed they were going to tee it up on me and others out of sheer abuse and covering their national screw-ups, I wrote to Feinstein,” Cefalu told this correspondent.

Feinstein has no concern about violating her oath of office. Why would anyone think that she has any concern about corruption in government, when it is accomplishing what she wants done?

Taking a complaint of Democrat malfeasance to another Democrat is like telling Hitler that Himmler was killing the Jews.

Feinstein is part and parcel of the problem.Perhaps not an active player in the Fast & Furious, but certainly guilty by Association with the treading on the Constitution by the Democrat party.

If Senator "War Profiteer" saw no money in it for herself or hubby, she wouldn't be interested.

IIRC, when Gunwalker surfaced with allegations that it was implemented so Dems could pass more gun control, Feinstein said that more gun control was a good idea. She was probably part of it from the start.

Sad thing is: Republicans aren't smart enough to take this statement along with numerous other anti-American statements Obama has made and put them into a single commercial that should run nationwide for all Americans to see. Instead, Republicans like Mitch McConnell and John Boehner will take their usual passive, “above the frey”, cowardly posture on these matters.

I am not sure that intelligence is the problem. Decades ago, the NRA tried to buy time on the MSM to get their position out. The MSM simply refused to sell them ad time.

I recall during 1995, when President Clinton shut down the government, Newt Gingrich made a great speech showing what the President was doing. The MSM refused to cover it, and the Congress got blamed.

The old Republicans in congress remember these things and they are scared to go against the MSM. The MSM is covering for Obama.

We simply have to keep pushing with the new media to get the word out. The only politician that I see who really gets this is Newt.

the report Feinstein and 2 others made about guns to Mexico left out an important part that completelly changed their statistics...guns were incorrectly counted as going to Mexico-pure deception or intentional fraud...

Frankly, Im no longer of the view its about smarts, backbone etc. I think the republican est. is just as corrupt as the dems and complicit w/ liberals in doing harm to this country. Dems and republicans are just 2 faces of the same rot.

We are self appointed, self motivated, self disciplined and self satisfied.

Late is a relative term. I think you are right on time!

NOT “above the frey”......beneath contempt! Why? Because

they KNOW what is happening to our country, and chose to hide in a cave, while all of our rights & freedoms are being taken from us.

“The old Republicans in congress remember these things and they are scared to go against the MSM “

Then they need to resign, and let some younger....less cowardly men protect our Constitution.
