Newt's “negatives” are a fixation of your imagination.

Watch how any given audience responds to him when he does a debate. They applaud loudly, cheer, and give him unprecedented standing ovations. This is hardly a man with “Personality” problems.

You are like all the rest. You have bought into the Establishment propaganda about Newt, that has been bought and paid for, by THE most corrupt and vile Republican establishment in history. And there never has been such a hateful, nasty, lying and evil Primary election, that can compare to this one, in all of our history

The Establish has spent record amounts of money to stop Newt, because he is the very opposite of what you claim. He scares them to death, because he will not mess around. They know that he would put an end to their RINO charade. John Boehner, Graham, and several others in both houses were behind destroying Newt in the ‘90’s and they are behind it this time as well.

You can go ahead and buy into it if you like, but I KNOW better than that. And like it or not, your candidate is much closer to the Establishment than you realize. And if he gains a position of power again, you will learn that the hard way. Santorum has already demonstrated what I am saying, beyond any doubt.

What you have all done is create a non existent Newt. People haven’t cheered him at a debate since the first few debates.

That was a one trick wonder.

Newt is an established DC politician who can’t hide from his past or his recent past. Somehow you have told yourself that he can just say he is sorry and it is all going away.

Well, it hasn’t. And is was quite clear on FR months, years ago, that Newt was not all that favored because of his trek left ward in more recent years.

Was Newt, the brilliant Newt, duped into supporting global warming, writing books about it, posing with Pelosi, cap & trade? Oh really, the smartest guy on the planet was duped?

Or is it because he thought it was inevitable and was maybe planning on investing in carbon trading? This assumption, at least, shows he wasn’t able to be duped.

Did Newt not know that Fannie and Freddie was a disaster, yet he took money from them?

Wasn’t that Newt vigorously denouncing Reagan on the House floor?

Did the smartest guy around get duped into that foolish capitalism (at least that was how it was perceived) attack that hurt himself and helped Romney?

Newt may be smart, but he never wastes a minute reminding everyone how smart he is. Big mistake on his part.

His negatives are his personality. He comes off as an authoritarian who thinks he knows best. He brags and says things people want to hear, but they doubt his sincerity because Newt can change course in the blink of an eye.

Sorry, that is the way I see it.
