I don’t think so. Santorum is not really liked, he’s just an acceptable alternative to Romney for some at the moment.

If Romney does get the nod, I expect him to pick someone who would help energize a divided base, probably an evangelical.

Santorum is probably the most divisive candidate we have had since Barry Goldwater. Probably even more so, considering Santorum’s radical religious agenda.

Nominating him, will rile up the entire Leftist World and it will be a landslide for Obama.

Copy that. Also, probably someone from the South or Midwest to shore up the different cultures. Maybe even a stronger conservative than Mitt himself, just to make the sale.

Can’t say I dislike him; I just don’t think he can either beat Barky or govern the US.

No brains, no guts, no vision. Believes strongly in the efficacy and supremacy of Big Government over the wisdom and initiative of the individual.
