Just my observation, but he looked a bit youthful to be a seasoned SEAL. Experience means everything in the SEALs, which is why SEAL teams are rock solid Petty Officer 1st Class's, Chiefs, Chief Warrant Officers, and officers.

However, what I found so interesting is the student chose to ID himself as a SeAL, inlieu of Navy veteran for press purposes.

Given the prevalence of SEALs in "romance" novels, maybe, he was trying to enhance his credentials with the babes. Apparently, it is not just stamina for physical exertion they are known for. Sandra Fluck may be out there watching.

The fact that the guy mentions that he was a Seal lends doubt that he actually was, because most military guys will not mention they were in the military to try and boost their argument.

Seems as long as one passes the Bar Exam with the coursework provided, what difference does the degree source make?

At the very least, when a newly barred lawyer keeps his mouth shut longer than the ears are open; they’re part of that 1% giving the remaining 99% a good name.
