Why don’t you? You are the keyboard warrior after all?
A legend in your own mind.
Are you getting on that FOIA request, or do you just have a single agenda here?
What you think is “opinion” and what is actually “opinion” in a legal sense are two different things.
There is also a difference between “prosecution” and a tort action. Do you understand that?
Nope. You don’t, because you are mistaken on the law.
Why aren’t you?
When you drive drunk and kill someone you are responsible for the death.
This is no different.
LOL! See the new movie, Los Angeles Goes To Tucson!
What crime was the dead guy convicted of?
Your talking point is irrelevant. Keep repeating yourself though.
yeah, no surprise you consider dead innocents to be irrelevant.
Odd. I've always thought of myself as a conservative Constitutionalist.
Apparently, now I'm a "sovereign".
I'll bet the New American Police State would describe Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry and Benjamin Franklin as "sovereigns and libertarian wackos", when they weren't smearing them for being "slavers" and "drunken womanizers".
Which comes back to this thread.
Which is just a $100K smear on a dead veteran by the Police State that killed him.
Stasi-boy has declined to investigate his heroes, for the record.
So?
No lunatic, I merely offered the opportunity to such a brave keyboard warrior such as yourself. You are such a brave, brave warrior. So why are you declining the opportunity?
Bet you wish you could "SWAT" me, like that hacker did to people that angered him.
Easy to do in a Police State.
OH NOEZ!!! POLICE STATE!!!
Let us know when you get that FOIA request back.
I used not to, but, now I am more afraid of the cops than the criminals. The criminals you can defend yourself from. The cops nowadays....?
LOL! You really think that any thread on the internet has some sort of intrinsic value?
Really?
Wow you are a lunatic.
By the way, since when do “police states” allow FOIA requests?
You are contradicting yourself.
I think the Founding Fathers would agree that a government that has unlimited funds to pursue its "law enforcement" goals is pretty much a police state.
Let us know about that FOIA request.
You really think you are accomplishing something with the FOIA request mantra don’t you?
But if we are in a police state, then there would be no such thing as a FOIA request right?
And if it is so important, the fact that you refuse to do it is far more telling.
Go back to living in your fantasy world of goblins and monsters.
