Actually it is the script of Bill Ayers / Bernadine Dohrn of the Weather Underground plan for destroying America, which is for for 'black leadership' (total control) based on their plan.
That is exactly what Obama is pushing in his administration. This is directly from their little rat nest of communism promoted by Derrick Bell, the guy in Andrew Breitbart's video of Obama/Derrick Bell where this crap all started, Columbia University.
