Hiya naps!
I’m going to go see Newt tomorrow so I’ll report back on his crowd and my coveration.
I hope the one issue voters don’t ruin it for Newt Gingrich, but it’s a possibility.
Very hard economic times here, and that should have meant an easy victory for Newt Gingrich, but now with the Evangelical vote, it’s up for grabs.
I wish I could have run Newt’s campaign from the beginning. He is a great supporter of small government. I would NEVER have allowed him to skip those mid-west states. I would have had him go up there and work to grab those states from Santorum. I would not have allowed him to skip any states from there on either. I would not have had him spend so much time in Georgia. I think Newt cut himself short thinking he didn’t have Georgia in the bag. He did. He should have gone to Oklahoma, Tennessee, and I would have had him run up to Alaska to speak with them too. I know it is easy to be a Monday quarterback, but I am so upset with Newt’s team. He had complete control of this primary and could have gotten the nomination. My mother in Pennsylvania is all Newt....she is pissed that I support him but want Santorum more.....man what a disappointing son. lol. The good news now is that Newt will collect many many delegates and at the convention with his persuasive ability to sell himself, he could get the nomination. I think Palin going to Mississippi, Alabama AND Kansas for Newt would be helpful. Again, Newt giving up on another state (Kansas) is not a good decision IMHO.
OHHhh you MUST ping the list! I want to hear all about it!!!
Yeah, I'm a single issue voter, my issue is "anyone but the socialist Mittens" in the primary!
The damage has been done to the GOP already and Mittens as the party choice this time around would be the final nail in the coffin of the "conservative" party.
