We’d be better off if he devoted resources to endorsing Rick. I like both, and I was prepared to support either. I was prepared to suggest whichever one was trailing after Super Tuesday drop out.

He knows Kansas is Ricks and figures why waste resources. Alabama will go for Newt, but Mississippi is something I am wondering about. I think Rick may take Mississippi. Anyone else have an opinion?

Exactly why it is imperative Newt remain IN the race. Newt has 105 bound delegates to Santorum's 78. On the popular vote Santorum is only 2% above Newt.

This race can change and after Romney starts going after RS BIG time as he has Newt..Newt's numbers will go up. Heard Rick Perry say that he is looking towards Texas. Perry is working hard for Newt there as is Chuck Norris. I am amazed at the people on various sites I have written to that are totally unaward of Santorum's voting record..unbelievable! Hang tough NEWT!

Santorum is far more conservative. At this time, and it’s getting late in the game to stop Romney, both moderates and conservative voters prefer Santorum over Newt. Nothing we can do about that.

If we want to stop Romney, we have to give up supporting Newt.

Voting for Newt now means dying on Newt Hill and getting Romney.

I’m with Newt. If he were to drop out before my state goes, I’m skipping the primary because I don’t like the libertarian or the two RINOs. Will vote for whomever the GOP puts against Obama in the general election.

Looks like Newt and Santorum together, even if they were to combine forces, are still way behind RomneyCare. It's hard to image that the best opponent the "right" could prop up against Obama is Romney. Even harder to believe is probably the worst POTUS in U.S. history, clearly a Socialist, may get elected to a second term!?
