Good evening, MrZ...you can be a barn cat if you want. d:o)
But kind and nurturing and caring are pretty cool things.
Moooooooooooo!
I guess I got some of that going too.
And it really got tested last night. Patch had her kittens, and she was REALLY clingy leading up to the onset of labor (even after, really).
We thank you for your service to our country.
But you are such a cute donkey...good evening, ML. ((HUGS))
Did you and Linda have a good day?
You Are a Cow |
![]() You have a good intuition, and you sense what people need from you. You are happy to give as much as you can. You are a very placid creature. Because you remain so calm and cool, people seem to underestimate your mind. You are extremely intelligent and aware, but you don't always show it. You're more likely to reflect on your thoughts than share them with the world. So. NOT. Me!! |
Oh my goodness.....finally the kittens. How many? What color? Did you have to help?
She knows she and her kittens are safe with you.
Welcome to the Canteen, Mr Chicken....thanks for playing. All God’s creatures and all that. d:o)
Hey, I raised goats and they won’t eat anything...Some are quite picky...but they love pine trees and weeping willow...will stipe them in days....no, they don’t eat tin cans...I use to have to keep telling my father that. No tin cans....:O) I wanted to be a goat, but was a donkey, your lucky mylife....lol
I was hoping to be the border collie LOL
She had five - two orange tabbies, one black, one cream, and one calico. One of the orange tabbies, unfortunately, died about an hour and a half ago.
Patch went into labor around 8 o’clock last night, delivered the first kitten at about 9:00, and the fifth a little after 10:00 this morning. She didn’t need any help per se, but she certainly was looking for a lot of moral support during the births! My wife said she was acting like a first-time mother (she’s had at least three litters we know of before she came to live with us).
My wife gave the calico kitten (second from left) the name Monkey Face shortly after she was born. She was the last one out. I decided to name the black kitten (far right) Jimi. The orange tabby and the white kitten don't have names yet, although I was just talking with one of my Facebook friends about whether he (if it is a he) should be named Stevie Ray or Eric. :)
WE are looking at more snow....I’ve had enough for one year.
Hope you get some sleep.
