This is unquestionably in the nature of an aerial bombardment by the left to weaken, dispirit, and silence the conservative movement and major advertisers are buckling in and are aiding and abetting this destruction with some help from the establishmentarian right. Where do we go form here?

The most widely heard radio commentator of the past half century will get more sponsors.
Meanwhile, this whole media feeding frenzy over a trivial non-issue is just more evidence that enormous numbers of Americans are flat out nuts.

Rush doesn’t have anything to apologize for. He was stating the obvious.

They are trying to shut down free speech. They know talk radio is the only voice conservatives have. We should really have an all out effort to have mass cancellations of HBO service. I’m going to make a list of advertisers of the View, Ellen, Modern Family, and other liberal shows with an agenda I don’t agree with. We play their game. I think we should takw out HBO and the View first.

This whole controversy needs to die now. It takes away from the REAL issues.
Last night on his "Great American Panel", Hannity continued to hype the controversy. He needs to STFU.

When a 'personality' starts apologizing, once is never enough.
IIRC, Lott apologized about 7 times. Allen, around 6. Imus, several.
This morning, I see another thread about stations dropping Limbaugh.
The 'former' advertiser list was up to 9 last evening.

Sometimes Rush (and Ann Coulter too) are crude and arrogant, and are lacking in basic awareness of how repugnant they are, not only to liberals, but also to conservatives who still adhere to basic decency. Yes, Rush, the words you chose were inappropriate and uncalled for. I am a conservative woman and I want you to know I still adhere to common decency. If you want MY respect, I suggest you do the same.

Capitalism will prosper because of Rush’s gaffe. There are thousands of small and mid cap companies who will jump at the opportunity to sell their wares to 15-20 million people a day at reduced prices.

Enough apologizing. Rush needs to move on and let this thing die a natural death. He will get the advertising back. In the end greed rules the corporate world.

LOL! A liberal has magical glasses to look at a minnow and see Moby Dick.
The only thing keeping the Washington Post afloat is our taxpayer dollars. If our poodle Congress had any guts, it would stop paying for Washington Post subscriptions to fascist federal agencies and goosestepping bureaucrats. End that, and the putrid WP goes out of business.
