Not to worry. I am sure they will be quickly replaced.

You have to be a complete, liberal knucklehead to remove Rush’s show from your lineup or you were just waiting for an excuse to do it in the first place.

I was expecting less Ad time on Rush today, and more of Rush. No such luck. There were plenty of Ads, lot of them local businesses, doctors, dentists, casino’s.

It’s really amazing that so many are willing to silence certain forms of speech (we all know that would be ‘conservative’ speech). They don’t care about liberty they just want to remove any traces of correct thinking. They don’t want any reminders of how low they are. If that means junking the Constitution, so be it.

I'm betting the sales managers and dales staff were NOT consulted about this move.

I'm also thinking a lot of resumes went out from those stations.

That’s encouraging.

That didn’t happen here in mid Missouri though. His parodies played. There were a couple of Newt Gingrich ads. No national/or local ads (that I can recall).

A small, tiny town in the middle of the Pacific, of no national renown gets mentioned in the UK Daily mail because it is one of TWO radio stations in the entire US to drop the Rush Limbaugh program? Odd!!
More newsworthy, however, is that the lone, single remaining home in the Royal Gardens subdivision on the island of Hawaii finally succumbed to Madame Pele after 31 years of threatening lava. But that was not mentioned.
It looks to me like the pack of wild dogs were fed their fresh meat rather than hunting it.

I’m going with the latter, particularly in MA.

I hope you’re right. You know both stations are in the heart of liberal sewage.

Something occurred to me earlier though. Aren’t there contracts involved? How can they break their contracts? Is there an ‘offensive’ clause or something?

Never heard of doing business with a hard contract. Seems to me that Rush would have some legal recourse in this.

Yet all of Rush’s listeners will remain with him, not some station manager that’s about to face economic reality.

That is some of it but there’s more to this than that imo. We have been betrayed by those we have trusted through the years. America has been sold down the drain thanks to the elected officials...both R and D’s are responsible. While ‘We The People’ went off to work, raised our families, paid our mortgages, these S.O.Bs were auctioning the Constitution off to the highest bidder. It’s weakened us to the point that something like this can happen.

The leftists are going after a ton of radio stations now. You can follow what they’re attacking next on Twitter on the “#BoycottRush” tag (and I believe there’s a Facebook page).

They just keep hammering one advertiser, etc. until they cave, and then they move on to the next one. It’s all AstroTurf- the real numbers aren’t there...

It would be a good time to contact your local affiliate and say some words of support for him to counter this, and to post good words on Facebook pages of his sponsors as well, IMHO.

Looks like the current rodent is calling in a lot of chips. This could smell like liberal desperation, couldn’t it?

...or you were just waiting for an excuse to do it in the first place.

Somehow, Massachussetts and Hawaii don't impress me as big Conservative talk radio venues...
