Knowing that she is a slut is far from proving that she is a slut... and they will shop the court and the judge... the law is whatever some activist left wing judge says that it is... that is not correct but it is the reality of America's judicial system as we find it today. I do not have faith in any court decision today.

You can’t “shop” in civil suits - you use the local venue of the plaintiff or the defendant, and the defendant gets preference.

The idea that someone who lives in Virginia can sue a Florida resident in a California or Hawaii or Alaska court is absurd.

As for “proving that she is a slut... “ the defendant doesn’t have to prove anything - the PLAINTIFF has to prove the defendant did an actionable wrong,

Then the PLAINTIFF has to prove they suffered harm from the action.
