Please don’t confuse and conflate the woman at the well of Sychar (John 4) with the woman caught in adultery (John 8).
The former received a word of judgement “the one you have is not your husband, you have spoken rightly” while the latter received a word of pardon AND admonition “neither do I condemn you—sin no more.”
Beg pardon. Still, do you imagine that Jesus would encourage this? His church having to pay for contraceptives for whores, whoremongers etc. He would have stated it like it was and called a spade a spade and that would have upset people. But he would have said it anyway.
