What is he supposed to do? Is he supposed to say he agrees with the comments and that the woman is a slut? The libs are already painting him as anti-woman. If he did that, it would only add more fuel to the libs’ fire which is spread across MSM outlets. The same “Little Ricky” haters here criticizing him would then use his comments of agreement to paint him as a Catholic extremist who focuses too much on the social issues, is anti-woman, and can’t keep his mouth shut. He’s damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t. The man can’t win, and you know it.

I will try to explain to you what I think he should have done... what I would have done.
I know what this woman said... Rush quoted her... I would have quoted her own words verbatim and asked Wolf what his definition of her desription of herself was in his opinion. I would then quote Webster’s on the exact English definition. I would have read her blog entry about how she chose George Town because she wanted to challenge the Church on reproductive rights... that is what I would have done.
Rush did all of that yesterday. Santorum should have been better prepared for this question and he either took the easy way out or he was sadly uninformed... and he is running for leader of the Free World. He is not qualified for the office he aspires to and this is just more proof. IMHO, YMMV... this is my opinion and my opinion only.

He probably can’t win this, one of many gotcha questions, what he is expected to do is choose the correct side.
That would be the, ah, conservative side.

We expect a reasoned response from someone, who would be POTUS. He, obviously, was hit with a “gotcha” question but we expect him to handle it with poise. And, if he can’t do that, then don’t talk to people like “Blitz.”
