I agree about Paul. I’ve grown to despise the nasty little gnome but I agree with him about the troops.

Not for his reasons but because I am sick and tired of deploying troops into those countries. We support a rebellion... the new leaders prove to be worse than the old.

What’s the point?

My theory would be to increase intelligence operations and bomb any nuclear facility that we feel is a danger, giving decent warning to clear the population.

They would probably ignore that as they don’t feel the same about human life as we do.

We only cater to them for oil while ignoring our own vast resources. How the heck does that happen in a sane world?

I have a female Christian friend who sounds just like this lady. The bottom line is they are both very confused, easily duped and so easily betrayed by their feelings. Logic and reason never enters into their political opinions.

Would she and other LEFTists endorse a white presidential candidate making an identical announcement for a group of Whites only ?

And having just driven from the bottom tip of FL back to Ohio, gas prices SUCK!!! This fact alone should sink Obama.

You would think so. Very few here in Connecticut seem to be outraged by the gas prices - I don't get it. Gas is over $4.00/gal in some places in CT. There was much chatter about "high gas prices" (and everything else) when GWB was in office. Everything was Bush's fault.

I have a big sign on the back of my old Toyota station wagon reminding people that gas was (avg) $1.84/gal on January 20, 2009 (and I provide a source for that info!). Most people see that sign and look ticked off (that I would dare to criticize Obama), but a few have given me thumbs up and even thanked me for posting that sign. ;-)

Ohio will probably be the most important swing state this fall. Do you think most Ohio voters lean toward Obama, or lean more right?

Rumor has it a tornado touched down less than a mile from our office. It’s calmed down a lot now.

I just got word that the head count at my workplace has been reduced by ten. And that’s, I think, the fifth reduction in the past three years.

Production is down to four days per week and 1/3 of remaining workforce is on rolling 4 week layoff.

If this is recovery, what does Depression look like?
