Technical difficulties?? Yeah, just a few — in addition to not having enough band width, the only microphone is in the hands of the announcer so you get all the applause, including his clapping, but to hear the speaker, the audio is coming off the room’s speakers and he (the man with the microphone) is not close to one. The CA GOP isn’t ready for prime time, no way, no how.

There is apparently another set up somewhere else in the room, presumably with direct audio from the podium mic... you can see it’s video feed on the screen on the left of the stage.
