I am not a Santorum supporter, but I’d have much more respect for him if he’d explain his Specter endorsement like you just did: “Look, the guy endorsed me so I returned the favor.” He sounded a little disingenuous in the debate trying to explain it was all about future judges.

Given that Specter was heading the Senate Judiciary Committee, and is a pro-abort, he could have EASILY spiked a Roberts or an Alito. I find the explanation more than plausible, given Santorum's priorities (pro-life, etc.)

Specter did vote for Roberts and Alito to be confirmed. One good thing folks ONLY 4 MILLION PEOPLE WATCHED THE DEBATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT......THANK GOD!!!
