I think technically they do hold to the Ten Commandments..

But is it actually written in the Koran? The Jewish Bible contains the Ten Commandments and the Christian Bible includes the whole of the Jewish Bible, of course Jesus was Jewish as were his disciples and the commandments are mentioned in the New Testament, but the Koran does not include the whole of the Old and New Testaments it only takes excerpts from the Bible which Mohammed reinterpreted. So I believe that the Moslems are using taqiyah when they call themselves the people of the book or when they lead us to believe that we share the same moral beliefs.
