You have to hand it to the Democrats. They took a huge embarrassment of overreach on their part—the HHS edict forcing contraception on religious institutions—and turned it around to get their unthinking female constituent base believing that the opposition to it means “those evil Republicans want to take away my birth control!!”

These are the same fools that don’t realize that by passing Obamacare, with a federally mandated database for all medical records, has legislated away their supposed “privacy” established in Roe v Wade.

Rick Santorum is running on the Constitutional platform of a SMALLER Federal Government.
Consequently, for the proponents of BIG Government (Leftists/DemocRATS) to accuse Santorum of wanting to “impose a theocracy” on the United States, is ludricrous on its face.
In fact, it is the ‘RATS who are guilty of attempting to do just that. Wasn’t it Obama who invoked the name of Jesus Christ, saying that He was in his corner in backing his proposed tax increases?
‘RATS know that one must have a BIG FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in order to cram a “theocracy” (or anything else...like OBAMACARE), down the throats of the American people.
That’s the argument Santorum needs to make in response to ‘RAT’S criticism on this issue, and others.
