Let me just suggest that rather than paying back, Israel will pay it forward and not wait until after they are attacked. Israel cannot afford not to strike first.
As I recall, Israel has both the Jericho 3 ICBM and Popeye Turbo SLCM [submarine-launched cruise missile] — both are ‘special weapon’ capable.
If I were Israel, I’d take out Iranian C3I (Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence) with an EMP attack by Popeye Turbo SLCM and hit Iranian nuke sites with Jericho 3 missiles. Iran is ‘lights out’ and a reduced to radioactive wasteland in 2 hours, tops.
Next question to Saudi Arabia, Syria, Egypt, Palestinians, etc.: Do you want to replicate Iran?
