I am so tired of this meme being repeated on FR. Are you claiming that he "cheated" with men? Seems to me that those "cheaters" were women also. So, you think women are all pure, holy victims?
Sorry, I won't let you speak for me, or any of the other women I know. It takes three to break up a marriage that way -- and two of them were women. Maybe it was Newt who was the victim. (IMO, that was clearly the case with wife #2, who seems to be a vindictive b*tch and a Jezebel who enticed him from his old high school teacher. Heck, I would want to move away if she were my neighbor. Imagine how awful it might have been to live with her!)
But Rick Santorum never witnessed this. nor Myth...
give me hope when I'm feeling a wee negative 'bout wimmins
women who cheat with married men get little sympathy from married women...been my experience
in my mom's old social circle of older married dames...that is what hey were trust me...God love em...they discovered one of their pals who they went to theater and parties and galas with had been in a 2 decade affair with a married man...when he killed himself...and let me tell you...they ditched her like she was a porn gang bang queen
even though by then most of them like my mom were widows and had nothing to fear...principle was principle then
you break up marriages ...you ain;t riding up front with the ladies to the Duck Ball
Newt and Marianne, his second wife, didn’t live THAT much together.
Married in 1980, separated in 1987, when she LEFT him, carrying away all the furniture and the family car. For more than six years they lived apart.
In 1994, when he was elected Speaker of the House, she went back to him, but by that time the marriage was broken beyond repair...
He asked for divorce in 1999, which was finalized in April 2000. Marianne got the property of the house with everything inside, the life insurance and alimony.
GO, NEWT, GO!
