in my mom's old social circle of older married dames...that is what hey were trust me...God love em...they discovered one of their pals who they went to theater and parties and galas with had been in a 2 decade affair with a married man...when he killed himself...and let me tell you...they ditched her like she was a porn gang bang queen
even though by then most of them like my mom were widows and had nothing to fear...principle was principle then

Women who cheat with married men are no prize, that’s for sure. Those of them who get indignant about their husbands cheating on them do not get my sympathy, either.
