This debate has shown that Newt Gingrich is the most qualified man in the U.S. to be President. And, secondly, it would be a disaster for the Republican Party (and the country) if Rick Santorum is the nominee (because he’ll lose to Obama).
To: eyedigress
are you saying you are a delegate for Newt ???

(Why should I vote for Bishop Romney when he hates me because I am a Christian)
To: Fawn
Newt is the best candidate....as long as he is no threat to win.
He is off on the side basically being ignored except for his cheering section here.

Question: Did you ever, per chance, happen to intern at Pravda or Izvestiya? How about a little more objectivity? I have stated here when either Gingrich, Paul or Santorum have done well on a point. They have all had their good points tonight. (Mitt is just plain uber-slick and insincere).

This crowd is so obnoxious, I won’t be surprised to see panties thrown at Mitt.
Good grief, y’all.

And he keeps turning Jon King’s gotcha right back around on King and Obama. He is the only one who can do that.

Did Axelrod write these questions?

I wish! Nah, it is part of the primary process.

Would go absolutely phantasmic to hear someone ask, "Speaking of e-verify, how come Obama's social security number does not pass e-verify?"

In all seriousness...can anyone watching this debate vote for someone other than Newt?
To: Kenny
The more Newt speaks, the better off we all are.
I wish upon him millions of delegates!

You’re both right, but make no mistake Kansas - his answers are part of the reason tonight - and yes, Mitt’s audience is big and they were told to yell - in reaction to the comment by Mike DeWine this week that Romney’s campaign “has no energy.”
But Santorum really sucks - er, is really himself tonight.
To: Shelayne
I really really really hope Mittens loses Michigan and Arizona.
