Newt won't give it away.. HE will take it away... RICK will not do a damn thing.. he is one of them.. Newt is not.. which is why the dems tried so hard and succeeded in getting him to resign...If you think Newt will cave on Obamacare.. you are being misled! RIck is the only one that will succumb to the GOP-E and not repeal Obamacare!!!!
The flavor of the day is not necessarily the best candidate!

Okay, please stop repeating the local PA dem talking points about this issue. Rick Santorum OWNED A HOME AND PAYED LOCAL PROPERTY TAXES in that school district. Yes and what would his seven children have cost the public schools to educate. It's not free despite the rumors, there's a high cost per student. So what Santorum got to educate his kids was offset by what he saved the public school.

It’s stunning when you read this crap on the Free Republic...should I rehash all the stuff on Newt...God forbid!
To: phoneman08
This Santorum supporter has come home to Newt. You're not alone...I know others who are as well because people are seeing just how weak Santorum is in a debate. Although he picked it up in the second half...he floundered terrible in the first.......As always Newt's firm grasp on every issue shines thru and he can elaborate with full confidence in what he' articulating to the audiance.
BTW...Welcome home! Go Newt Go!!!!!

CNN is a joke. Newt easily won, and they don’t even mention him. The MSM is absolutely petrified of him.

Frum and Erickson think Santorum was nervous and Romney won the battle between them. Erickson thinks Newt shined brighter by staying above it all. Brazile was back saying Republicans don't understand the women's movement and the issue isn't religious freedom but reproductive health. Ari Fleischer said that issue will depend on your viewpoint and independents are made up of people from both views.
Gov. Brewer isn't endorsing tonight. Says they're all fabulous candidates. She liked what Newt said about working with the states but cautioned any of the candidates might do the same.

This Tennessean voted for him and all of his and Perry’s delegates today. People need to educate themselves or ask questions when they need to understand.

The AZ Governor Jan Brewer just singled out Newt for praise on CNN a minute ago. Said she liked his idea to work closely with border governors on border/immigration issues.

Donnas been wavering lately...interesting.../
That truly is interesting. I thought she would have the long knives out for all of them. I won’t hold my breath though, she might just be on meds.

Haven't read the comments on the thread. Been on Twitter. No question about it as far as twitter was concerned, Newt won hands down. Seems talking heads on TV are leaning that way too, as they also push for Romney. I think the back and forth between Romney and Santorum was good. It showed the country that NEITHER one is the right person for the presidency. Overall, excellent debate.
To: katiedidit1
Can't imagine anyone that listens to this brilliant man that has a record of so many great accomplishments would pick any other candidate. Newt is our true hope and knows how to get it done.Newt is the one. I don't understand why people can't see this. He will get things done, especially if Sarah or Perry is VP. The cabinet will be loaded: Bolton, Levin, so many good people. Pray for America. . .

Just to break the tension, is there anyone besides me
that would like to see NEWT and SARAH take on
Barak and Joe in a tag team steel cage death match
with a ladder and folding chair?
They would wipe the floor with them in any kind of debate.
