He’ll have to promise some new subsidy for “poor people” to be able to get cheaper gasoline, just to get them out to the polls.

Given The Donald’s prior prognostication track record, that means $1.87 by July 4

I hope it does. I’ll hate it but IF it dumps O out of office it is a very small price to pay.

$7 a gallon gas and it is Mad Max time.
"My life fades. The vision dims. All that remains are memories. I remember a time of chaos. Ruined dreams. This wasted land. But most of all, I remember The Road Warrior. The man we called "Max". To understand who he was, you have to go back to another time. When the world was powered by the black fuel. And the desert sprouted great cities of pipe and steel. Gone now, swept away. For reasons long forgotten, two mighty warrior tribes went to war and touched off a blaze which engulfed them all. Without fuel, they were nothing. They built a house of straw. The thundering machines sputtered and stopped. Their leaders talked and talked and talked. But nothing could stem the avalanche. Their world crumbled. The cities exploded. A whirlwind of looting, a firestorm of fear. Men began to feed on men. On the roads it was a white line nightmare. Only those mobile enough to scavenge, brutal enough to pillage would survive. The gangs took over the highways, ready to wage war for a tank of juice. " - Opening lines from The Road Warrior.

I hope it stays at $7.00 a gallon until election night!!!

That too. I forgot. Sorry. The US is going to be in a world of hurt this year if Obama continues his policies. I believe it will be the death knell of the Democrat party along with the MSM that supported them.

Please, God, make it so, and make it so before November 6th.
I will gladly pay it to send Ubama off to his next stop, ineligible Secretary General of the United Nations.
And if the next President doesn't withdraw the US from the United Nations, he's a one-termer too.

The economy will tank. 0 will blame others. The LSM will parrot. And the sheeple shall vote as they are told. The more things change the more they stay the same.

Yes, but it would be spun as the fault of “Bush/Republican/Big Oil” and the need to re-elect Obama to fix it.
The sheeple stupid enough to vote for Obama the first time would believe it and vote accordingly.
Demoncrats can make up any absurd lie they want nowadays, and the propaganda media will sell it.

“If prices stay above $4/gallon thru the summer it will make it much harder for him to win. Anything above $5 will make it impossible for him to win.”
It would help alot if the news media started crying about it non-stop, but you know they will not...except in the context that it is the evil oil corporations causing it, which will help Obummer with his anti-evil-corporation crowd.

People will pay a lot more than they claim they would. I’m guessing $8/gal is the breaking point. Its a win/win for the lefties because it forces everyone ELSE to conserve.

Gasoline prices could soar as high as $7 a gallon this summer thanks to supply threats stemming from Middle East unrest as well as OPEC policy, says real estate mogul Donald Trump.First, Trump has a lousy record as a prognosticator.
Second, the peasants will revolt before then and carry Obama on a rail through DC before dumping him and Moochelle in the Potomac with instructions on how to swim to Kenya!
