My household didn't bother with the tree in 2011. Didn't even put up any decorations until I traveled home to Idaho from San Diego after my mom's funeral Dec 19th. Just being able to make a 3rd visit home in 2011 was my "present". I'm thankful to have a motorcycle with me to commute to work in San Diego. Gas was $4.19 for premium this morning. The bike gets around 45 MPG. Much better than the F150 4x4 sucking regular at 13 MPG. The F150 is the transportation 925 miles home.
