We knew this was coming....eventually. Right? Santorum was not long going to be seen to be actually performing at the ballot box, and still continue to get a shell free field to play in. We knew that. No one likes it, but.....

Now, if Ricky would rustle up some gossip that he was more in tune with, and favorable toward, Newt Gingrich than the PA rumor mill has him strapped solidly to Romney’s back side, then I could pull open my symapthy drawer, but until Ricky gets some conservative cred to make up for his un-extraordinary conservative legislative record, which screamed moderate, then for awhile longer I leave him twisting in the wind.

The only conservative bono fidis vein in the Santorum is on the family issues. After that, it’s union all the way, baby.
