To: Future Snake Eater
Petro wishes her story could have raised issues like the legality of prostitution and the constitutionality of her speech.
 
I don't see where "constitutionality" comes into this at all. She made some bad decisions that negatively effected her career. Did I miss that part of the Constitution?

Apprarently so. She obviously is a Paultard. If RoPaul was president, prostitution would be legal and her rights to teach kids by day and (bleep) at night would be protected.

It’s more general than that, I think. It’s on par with some idiot movie star saying something incredibly stupid, there’s a big public backlash, and then they whine on the Today Show about their right to free speech being trampled.

This looks like she feels the Constitution protects her decisions, whatever they may be, from any/all public fallout.
