Thanks for posting this. It proves what I’ve known for a long time now - that he’s a Marxist. This executive order is a prime example of ruling by a committee of the elite - as well as ruling by obfuscation. What the hell is “development,” anyway? It’s a word mentioned a dozen times, without definition - and it’s meant to be that way, as “development” actually means “development of a structure to complete our hegemony over the society.”

The term “development” is one of the buzzwords of UN Agenda 21. It is an all-encompassing agenda to push the people into small “sustainable” areas, and let the power elite and presumably forest critters live in the rural areas. So you will hear them (the power elite, not the forest critters) speak of the the “development” of “sustainable” [another buzzword] areas.
While the way they present it might sound nice on the surface, at the heart of it is the creation of the means of full control of the populace...in all possible areas of life and society.
