Chelsea Handler has revealed she had an abortion at the age of 16, and insists she doesn't regret her decision.
The 36-year-old comedienne said in an interview on The Rosie Show that her parents encouraged her to get an abortion when she unexpectedly fell pregnant as a teenager.
She said: 'I was so delusional. I was like, "I'm ready for a baby." They told me, "You're throwing your entire life away. You're supposed to create a life for yourself.

She means she WAS a bad mother, she murdered her baby.
BTW, don’t you have to be funny to be a comedian?
unexpectedly pregnant? does she want sympathy or something? “she doesnt feel bad about it” wth?
She was too young for a baby. But dozens of couples looking to adopt would've provided an excellent home for the child.
Interesting terminology...
She “fell” pregnant? Is that like falling ill or falling in love or what?

I try to watch Chelsea Lately but the show can rarely even turn up one corner of my mouth.
Very bad for a ‘ TV talk show ‘ .
There is/was a sitcom about her life, she played her older sister.
Has it been canceled yet?
If she can't stop "revealing" it to every interviewer she meets, either she has an agenda to de-stigmatize abortion, or she's plagued by guilt.
I'll pray for Ms. Handler in either case.

That is not too different than what women used to say, they “became pregnant”. As if it just happened and they had no idea HOW it happened.
As her looks continue to fade, she will fade away into irrelevancy.
I cannot stand this woman. Her picture should be under the words “BRAIN DEAD LIBERAL”.
When I chance to flip the remote passed her show I can’t get her off the screen quick enough.
She is NOT funny, her show is stupid, she’s really pathetic.
And this is not because she had an abortion although you’d think she’d show a little regret, just a small amount of bemusement. Or maybe, suggesting just a bit of class, not mention it at all.
She’s exactly the kind of person destroying this country.
Apparently its not dead yet, even after a few episodes the ratings are very, very low. I wouldn’t think it would be renewed even if it lasted a whole season.
