That was nice of Sen. Santorum. I’m glad to hear of it.
But then he does other stuff, like exploiting his disabled daughter’s illness for political points when in reality he was already going home to do his taxes. That is truly disgusting!
And this:
...Palin missed it[CPAC] last year and Santorum made some ugly/catty comments about her missing it, too.
Now why would he do that!! It was unnecessary. Doesn’t this man have any sense of judgement?
He reminds me so much of President Jimmy Carter it is disheartening. People believed Carter was such a decent Christian and they voted for him on that reasoning alone. Yech!
Someone posted me about Sanctimonium saying in a debate, that the reason he intervened in the Schiavo incident was because they were his constituents, but they moved to FL in 1986. And I have also heard him say, he just happened to be in FL for a fundraiser while the controversy was going on. So which is it? Why not just say the truth? Whatever it was?
There are just a million little things like that, which he lies about. Unless you listen closely, you aren’t aware of it though. And then he tops it off with statements about personal baggage, that he has none, and has the caliber of character people are looking for in a President, and the ever-popular, a few days ago in CO, “God called me to run.” It’s over the top in my estimation.
His daughter didn't really get sick?

Can you quote those "ugly/catty comments"? I'd be interested in what exactly he said.
"He reminds me so much of President Jimmy Carter it is disheartening. People believed Carter was such a decent Christian and they voted for him on that reasoning alone."
People voted for Carter to purge the Republican/Nixon legacy.

Someone posted that on Twitr awhile ago. Can you find that article when he said it.

Ummmmmm.....NO!
The reason Carter was elected was because of Watergate.
NO Republican, even Reagan, would have been elected in ‘76.
No other reason...and how old are you for you to not to know that?
