Romanian model Ioana Spangenberg says she has natural 20-inch waist. When you see her thin middle in contrast to her 32-inch hips, it's no wonder tabloids like The Sun are referring to Spangenberg as "the human hourglass." The 30-year-old clocks in around 84 pounds, and says she was average size until her teen years. "When I was 13 my waist was around 15 inches. Someone could put their hands around it, their fingers would touch and they would still have extra room," she told the Sun.

I have to have a bit of admiration for her.
She took what is almost certainly is a birth defect disfigurement of some sort and turning it into a business.
I hope she makes a lot of money, enough to compensate for the fact that normal society will never accept the way she looks.
The reason Audrey Hepburn looked better was her build was made for it. This starved “child” has hips made for a larger person. She just starved her self down to bones. When I first met my hubby in 1967 and until I had our first baby (1970) he could span my waist with his hands. 24 inches and my hips were 34. I looked good then. I growed some now ;)
Sales are booming in Ethiopia.
“When I was 13 my waist was around 15 inches. Someone could put their hands around it, their fingers would touch”
I knew a woman like that.
To borrow a phrase:
It’d be like making love to a bag of forks.
My cousin was telling me about serving in Kosovo, you’d see these women that looked pretty darned good and then they’d open their mouth to reveal black, rotted teeth. A real turn on.
Audrey Hepburn could look pretty anorexic at times. I was watching one movie with her, and all I could see was her collarbones sticking out of her skin...
Don't get me wrong, I think Audrey Hepburn was gorgeous. But she looks like Roseanne Barr compared to this girl -- who looks more like a freak of nature. That shape is NOT natural!
Don’t get me wrong either - she had the face of an angel, and a body that was surely the devil’s playpen. But she was a skinny little thing.
Thinking about it, though, compared to the ideal of femininity at the time, she was especially tiny.
