I saw the "open letter" to RNC from Bill Knowles, too. Great letter!

Curious...how does the RNC chairman (Prebius) receive emails at the National Repubican Congressional Committee? I thought this was just Boehner & Co.

Wouldn't the RNC Chair have to be reached at the RNC site?
